4. Can effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
5. Are adept at handling ambiguous or undefined complex problems as well as the ability to think abstractly.
6. Will manage individual project priorities with guidance, meeting deadlines and deliverables.
7. Enthusiasm for a collaborative development approach.
