Job Description:

• You as an eSupport engineer will provide support to our customers on the solutions provided. Specifically focused on Brand owners. Going forward, you might also be solely responsible for handling all issues one a particular brand owner. Though the focus is primarily on brand owners, you will also be interacting with supplier customers.
• You will act as a key person to resolve issues that arise while using the solution we have provided to our brand owners. This is an opportunity to learn ESKO products, understand how solutions are built, and interact with solution architects and product experts. You will work very closely with your team,  you can help/train your organization, bring in best practices, and so on.

• Has 0 to 3 years of experience in relevant Support

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

• You have a good knowledge about the customer’s workflow and business. You possess a basic knowledge about related products, 3d party, competitive solutions etc.
• You have sufficient IT skills: networking, Mac and Windows OS.
• You have excellent language skills in English and one or more local languages.
• You have good time & priority management skills, and you are familiar with all Esko Software products in order to guarantee a professional call registration
